About the role
Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) – Clinical Leadership & Resident Safety. The Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) is the highest-level clinical authority during overnight shifts, responsible for ensuring resident safety, supervising care teams, and maintaining medication and documentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor resident health
- Respond to condition changes
- Document falls and emergencies
- Oversee medication administration
- Transcribe physician orders
- Update Service Plans
- Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families
- Combine independent clinical judgment with shift-level leadership to support quality care
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- At least 1 year of experience in senior care or clinical settings
