About the role
Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) responsible for overseeing overnight clinical care in a senior living environment. The role combines clinical judgment with shift leadership to ensure resident safety and quality care during overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes
- Supervise care teams, including medication staff and caregivers
- Manage shift staffing, attendance, and assignments
- Oversee medication administration, narcotic counts, and transcribe physician orders
- Ensure documentation complies with regulatory standards
- Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families
- Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- At least 1 year of experience in senior care or clinical setting
- Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills
