Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) – Overnight Clinical Leadership The role involves acting as the highest-level clinical authority during overnight shifts to ensure resident safety and quality care. Responsibilities include monitoring resident health, responding to condition changes, documenting incidents, supervising care teams, managing staffing and shift assignments, overseeing medication administration and narcotic counts, transcribing physician orders, updating Service Plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Night Supervisor serves as a liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families, combining clinical judgment with shift-level leadership to maintain high standards of care. Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in good standingGraduate of an approved nursing programAt least 1 year of experience in senior care or clinical settingsStrong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills Key skills: clinical leadership, resident assessment, team supervision, medication management, regulatory compliance, effective communication.
