Night Supervisor LPN → LPN Night Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Night Supervisor with an active RN or LPN license to oversee overnight care in a senior living environment. This role requires strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills and combines independent clinical judgment with shift-level leadership, acting as the clinical anchor during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring resident health and responding to condition changes
• Evaluating and documenting falls, incidents, and emergencies
• Supervising caregivers and medication staff
• Managing attendance, staffing, and shift assignments
• Overseeing medication administration and narcotic counts
• Transcribing physician orders and updating Service Plans
• Ensuring documentation compliance with regulatory standards
• Serving as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license
• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a clinical setting
