About the role

As a Night Supervisor, you will serve as the highest-level clinical authority during overnight shifts, ensuring resident safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes.
• Evaluate incidents and ensure appropriate follow‑up.
• Supervise caregiving and medication staff.
• Manage shift assignments, attendance, and staffing gaps.
• Oversee medication administration, narcotic counts, and transcription of physician orders.
• Ensure accurate documentation that complies with regulatory standards.
• Maintain effective communication with physicians, pharmacy, and families.
• Provide independent clinical judgment and shift‑level leadership to deliver seamless overnight care.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a clinical setting.
• Strong skills in assessment, delegation, and documentation.
