About the role

The Night Supervisor is a senior clinical role responsible for ensuring resident safety during overnight hours. They monitor resident health, respond to condition changes, evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies. The position involves supervising care teams, managing medication administration, including narcotic counts, and transcribing physician orders to update Service Plans. They oversee documentation to meet regulatory standards and serve as a liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families. The role requires independent clinical judgment and shift-level leadership, acting as the clinical authority during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing
• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• At least 1 year of experience in senior care or a clinical setting
• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills
