Night Shift - Printer Operator (4:45p-5:00a)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup printer processes according to job specifications, including loading ink and plates.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize print quality, color accuracy, and application.
• Maintain detailed run records, logging job numbers, print settings and quality issues.
• Inspect printers for defects and performs basic machine maintenance; escalate any machine repairs needed.
• Adheres to safety procedures, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting potential hazards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Attention to Detail – Ability to monitor printing process for defects.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor issues and identify quality issues.
• Physical stamina to handle plates and changeovers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Production facility with loud machinery and varying temperatures.
• May involve repetitive movements and standing for long periods.
