About the role
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing care for a pediatric patient dependent on G tube, trach, and ventilator support. Overnight shifts, Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Provide skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting nursing diagnoses.
- Lift over 50 lbs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid LVN license with over one year of experience.
- Ability to perform assessments and deliver patient-centered care.
- Strong data analysis and documentation skills.
- Physical strength to handle patient needs.
