Responsibilities
- Provide in-home nursing care for pediatric patients with complex needs, including feeding tube, tracheostomy, ventilator, and medication administration.
- Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic care.
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient health and safety.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component; assistance available post‑hire if needed.
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation and preferred six months of hands‑on nursing experience.
