Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses accepted with transfer within 90 days).Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training assistance available).TB skin test within the past 12 months.Reliable transportation required.Preferred but not mandatory: six months of hands-on nursing experience.
