About the role
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with G-tube, trach, and ventilator dependence.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Administer prescribed nursing services per orders
- Monitor signs of physiological and psychosocial changes in patients
- Collect, analyze, and document health data and nursing diagnoses
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting over 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Valid LVN license
- Over one year of relevant experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM – 07:00 AM)
