Night Auditor - Full Time - Overnight Shift

About the role

The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile daily room charges, food and beverage sales, and other revenue streams.
• Ensure all guest payments are processed accurately and promptly.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, maintaining strict security protocols.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports detailing financial performance and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
