Registered Nurse - Full-Time Night Shift

Position Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professionalism, patient rights, and confidentiality. Coordinates care with other departments, evaluates caregiver effectiveness, and aligns duties with organizational standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).Valid RN licensure in the state or compact licensure, maintained actively.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire.Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials may be required based on the department. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.Assess patient needs and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.Maintain patient confidentiality and rights.Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Skills & Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.Prolonged standing and walking during shifts.Capability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed. Why Join Us?
