Registered Nurse - Full-Time Night Shift

Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department provides high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. They perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based practices to ensure safe and effective outcomes. The RN partners with patients and families, fostering relationship-based care that respects cultural diversity and patient goals. They coordinate care delivery, document accurately, and support performance improvement initiatives to enhance safety and quality. The role involves mentoring colleagues, promoting research, and adhering to organizational policies and standards, including regulatory and accreditation requirements. The RN is expected to proactively plan patient care across the continuum, participate in protocol development, and optimize resource utilization. They demonstrate strong critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills, and respond effectively to emergencies in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Licensed as a Registered Nurse with a valid license and certifications in BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS.Minimum of 5 years RN experience, preferably in emergency care.Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.Proficiency in clinical documentation, technology use, and critical thinking.Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations, demonstrating professionalism and respect.
