Registered Nurse - Full-Time Night Shift

Role Overview Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing residents' health, developing and updating individualized care plans, and coordinating with interdisciplinary team members. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely and efficiently. Utilize critical thinking to identify changes in residents' conditions, communicate effectively with physicians using SBARR, and handle crises professionally. Monitor care delivery to ensure adherence to care plans, address issues using QAPI processes, and respond promptly to residents' needs, including assisting with ADLs and call lights. Maintain current knowledge of nursing practices and policies, with flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Registered nurse with licensure in the relevant stateAccredited nursing educationCPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within six monthsCritical thinking, excellent communication, and organizational skillsPhysical ability to stand, walk, lift, and transfer patients, and handle equipment safelyManual dexterity, visual acuity, and proficiency in electronic and written documentationPreferred experience in long-term care
