Registered Nurse - Full-Time Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver age-specific and specialty-appropriate nursing care in the ER, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Document patient information accurately, observe and record symptoms, and follow physician orders.
• Collect lab samples, perform tests, and adhere to infection control and confidentiality protocols.
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, coordinate diagnostic and treatment procedures, and participate in care evaluation and improvement activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s Degree (BSN preferred)
• Valid RN license
• At least 2 years of ER or similar experience
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (required); ENPC or TNCC (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to follow procedures
• Background checks as per Pennsylvania regulations
