Registered Nurse - Full Time (Night Shift)

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse in the Emergency Department provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team. They perform the nursing process, using evidence-based practices, and adapt care based on patient needs, cultural diversity, and clinical standards. Responsibilities Coordinate and document safe, effective care, promoting teamwork and interdisciplinary communication.Partner with patients and families through education, updates, and goal-focused planning.Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practices.Mentor and serve as preceptor to foster a qualified workforce and healthy work environment.Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety goals while participating in protocol development and resource management. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred; current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).Certifications in BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS are required upon hire.Experience in direct patient care preferred.Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technical skills; ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
