Registered Nurse - Full Time, Night Shift

About the role

This role involves providing patient care using the nursing process and professional standards, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. The nurse coordinates care across departments, functions within scope of practice, and aligns with organizational values and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care to assigned patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Float across various units such as ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, Med-Surg, and Rehab based on experience.
• Develop clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state or with a compact license.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or equivalent.
• Adaptability, compassion, and strong work ethic.
