Registered Nurse - Full Time, Night Shift

Role & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical conditions, utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality patient outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, assess patient needs, maintain confidentiality, and uphold professional accountability. Evaluate care effectiveness and coordinate services across departments while adhering to organizational standards and values.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Previous hospital experience preferred; new graduates welcomed
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform clinical duties
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
