Night Auditor

Responsibilities

• Closing reports at the end of each night
• Maintain responsibility and accountability for the hotel property and the safety of guests, and have authority for the hotel operations while on duty
• Have a working knowledge of reservations procedures, take reservations, and know cancellation procedures and Walk Policy
• Checking in guests, showing that classic “customer service” smile, and always having fun with this awesome team is what we want from you

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrated excellence in guest service
• Able to multitask with limited supervision
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
