The role is responsible for managing the hotel's revenue through strategic pricing and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align revenue goals with promotional activities
- Manage inventory levels and optimize room rates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in revenue management or hotel operations
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Experience with PMS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Hotel Advantage)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of hotel industry regulations and compliance requirements
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with hotel reservation systems
- Understanding of hotel financial statements and budgeting
