Night Auditor

About the role

The Hotel Night Auditor position supports the Guest Services department at the Sheraton Valley Forge, a beautiful property operated by Wurzak Hotel Group.

Responsibilities

• Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify credit card validity
• Provide promotional items to guests checking in
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints, offering alternative solutions
• Cover other areas of the hotel as needed
• Document accidents and complete maintenance logs
• Take initiative to greet guests warmly
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and math skills
• 2+ years' experience in customer service or hospitality
• Able to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills
• Strong eye for details
• Good problem-solving skills
• Able to multitask
• Solid customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• High School diploma/GED required
• Previous experience in hospitality preferred

The Company operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, requiring variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week.
