Night Auditor

About the role

The Inn on Fifth, a beautiful boutique hotel in Naples, offers 87 guest rooms, 32 club suites, a spa, a fitness center, and a sparkling pool. This part-time Night Auditor position supports the Front Office operations by performing essential tasks such as preparing for the next business day, responding to guest inquiries, balancing cash drawers, and resolving guest account issues.

Responsibilities

• Responds to guest inquiries and updates guests' accounts
• Balances the cash flow drawer and logs receipts
• Investigates and resolves out-of-balance guest accounts
• Accurately updates the team at the end of shift through the Passdown Notification Process
• Discounts and vouchers
• Ensures guests are checked-in and books are kept up-to-date
• Tracks room availability and occupancy
• Prepares daily reports and summary balances
• Anticipates guests’ needs and answers any guest questions/complains
• Maintains complete knowledge of all resort features, services, hours of operation, room types, room layouts, room rates/packages, and special promotions
• Keeps track of room availability/status for any given day and scheduled group events

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or relevant work experience
• Able to communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner
• A flexible schedule, 100% open availability including weekends
