Night Auditor

• Feels confident juggling tasks like answering inquiries, processing payments, and balancing the days numbers.
• Is tech-savvy and detail-oriented (spreadsheets don't scare you).
• Can work independently and take pride in being the one holding down the fort.
• Enjoys a flexible schedule and prefers working when it's quiet and peaceful.

POSITION SUMMARY

Check guests in and out, manage reservations, and process payments.

Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues.

Complete nightly audits, balance accounts, and prepare financial reports.

Maintain accurate records and ensure front desk operations run smoothly overnight.

Cookordination with housekeeping and supervise the Night Security Officer.

REQUIREMENTS

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hotel front desk experience required.
• Basic accounting, cash handling, and PMS experience preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Overnight shifts
• Frequent standing, walking, computer use, and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
