Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests through prompt and effective responses to inquiries and requests
• Prepare and balance daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and PMS reports for accuracy and efficiency
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the computer system to generate daily reports
• Conduct check-ins, check-outs, and answer phone calls professionally and courteously
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year experience as a Guest Services Agent required
• Basic mathematical skills for financial reporting
• Comfortable working with computers using MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 10 lbs
• Standing and moving about in guest services and restaurant/bar areas throughout the shift
• Primarily standing for the majority of the shift
