Night Auditor

About the role

This position allows for a 4/10 flexible schedule (4, 10 hour days) and has individual housing.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations, guest check-ins, guest checkouts and general information.
• Serve as the central information center for all lodge operations.
• Have a range of duties in order to assist team members including:
• Provide guest with lodging and local area information
• Perform guest reservations, check-in and checkout procedures
• Balance deposits to sales and complete all accounting forms
• Run end-of-day reports and package audit envelopes

Requirements

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous direct guest service experience
• Familiarity with basic office equipment operation

Pay

The starting wage for this role is $20.00/hour.
