Responsibilities
- Completes all nightly audit functions
- Aids guests with check-ins and check-outs
- Processes reservations
- Responds to guest inquiries
- Ensures a high level of service
- Counts cash and maintains cash drawer accuracy
- Checks front desk log for issues
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests
- Prepares express checkout folios
- Maintains room status inventory
- Communicates shift information to managers and staff
- Maintains and cleans lobby and bathrooms
- Communicates shift information to next shift
- Works with all hotel departments for customer service
- Answers inquiries about hotel services, registration, and local attractions
- Explains in-room and hotel features
- Completes required shift paperwork and night audit reports
- Performs other duties as assigned
