Requirements

Technical / Role-Specific Requirements

• Handle check-in and check-out during overnight hours
• Manage late arrivals, walk-ins, and early departures
• Respond to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies
• Answer phones and manage reservations
• Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance as needed
• Monitor lobby activity and ensure guest safety and security
• Balance and reconcile room revenue, cash, credit card, and digital payments
• Verify all transactions posted to guest accounts
• Ensure all departments have posted charges correctly
• Investigate and correct discrepancies

Experience

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera is a plus

Education

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred for management/executive roles
