Night Auditor

Hourly Rate: $25.50

Seasonal, part-time position. 3rd shift overnight with weekends and holidays required.

About the role

As a Guest Service Associate at Hyatt Vacation Club, you will welcome Owners and guests “home” and provide a personalized vacation experience from arrival to departure. You’ll interact directly with guests, process arrivals and departures, and share accurate information about the resort and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Speak using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team goals; listen and respond to employee concerns.
• Comply with quality assurance standards.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
