About the role
Join Legacy Hospitality as a Night Auditor and become a key part of our overnight operations ensuring accuracy and exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports
- Ensure accuracy in guest billing and resolve discrepancies
- Perform overnight audit procedures and system balancing
- Auxiliary with guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures
- Support a safe and secure environment during the night shift
Requirements
- Reliable and able to work overnight shifts
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong communicators with a guest first mindset
- Professional and able to work independently
- Positive respectful and team oriented
- Preferred - At least 2 years of hotel or front desk experience
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and reporting tools
Qualifications
- Must obtain a valid Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire
- Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines
