Night Auditor

About the role

As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing transactions, verifying payment accuracy, investigating discrepancies, assisting hotel management, and supporting emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets
• Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports
• Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings
• Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use
• Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
