Night Auditor

About The Role

General Hotels Corporation is hiring a Full-Time Night Auditor to join their team at Homewood Suites Viera, Florida. You'll be the steady, trusted presence that keeps their hotel running after dark, combining the warm hospitality of a front desk pro with the sharp focus of a behind-the-scenes accountant.

What You’ll Do

• Complete and transmit nightly accounting reports and supporting documentation
• Audit and balance room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with guest requests as needed
• Serve as the hotel system liaison during overnight hours
• Aid with booking reservations and answering hotel phone calls
• Help create a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for guests overnight

What You’ll Bring

• Previous customer service experience (required)
• Previous hotel or similar experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, positive, and hospitality-focused attitude
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts on a full-time basis
• Ability to read and speak English
• Previous cash handling experience (preferred)
• Monday and Tuesday night availability (required)
