About the role

The role is responsible for managing the hotel's revenue through strategic pricing and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align revenue goals with broader business objectives.
• Manage inventory levels and occupancy rates to optimize revenue performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management or similar field.
• Proven track record of successful revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management software.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with PMS systems and CRM tools.
