Qualifications

• Personal Skills: Maintain hospitality standards, greet guests, establish rapport, communicate professionally, handle difficult situations, adhere to policies and procedures, prioritize workload, communicate with management when unclear, take pride in work, preserve security and privacy.
• Physical Requirements: Writing, typing, walking, bending, stretching, repetitive motions, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 pounds, hearing, visual acuity.
