About the role

Le Méridien Chicago - Oakbrook Center is situated next to the Oak Brook Shopping Center in Oak Brook, Illinois. Guests can easily access various attractions in Chicago, such as Drury Lane Theatre, Elmhurst Art Museum, and downtown.

Responsibilities

• Cater to guest needs while working with the front desk team to balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly.
• Maintain files and reset the system for next day operations.
• Input data into the front office system to generate daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and others.

Requirements

• A keen eye for detail and respect for auditing and maintaining data.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with systems like Opera, Birchstreet, and ProfitSage preferred.
• One year of experience in a similar position.
