Your role is crucial: dive into the financials, ensuring everything is in perfect harmony, then pivot to guest services, where your efforts directly contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of travelers. By dawn, you’ll have crafted a meticulous report that sets the stage for the day ahead.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed audits of hotel operations, safeguarding assets and brand integrity.
• Balance and report on various financial activities, ensuring all revenue streams are captured and accurately reported.
• Deliver overnight guest services at the front desk with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Prepare management for daily success with clear, concise reports based on your nightly findings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Accounting background preferred, but ability to learn and adapt matters most.
• Comfortable with technology, from office software to cash registers.
• Communicate with ease whether over the phone or in person.
• Occasionally able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Keen eye for detail and a flair for numbers.
• Precision and reliability are key strengths.
