About the Role
Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins. Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and ensure financial accuracy. Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally. Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries. Maintain security and confidentiality as the trusted closer of the day’s business.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins during the overnight shift.
- Post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and ensure financial accuracy nightly.
- Address guest requests and complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- Prepare and manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of all operations.
Requirements
- 6+ months of front office experience.
- Basic accounting knowledge, including posting revenues and balancing reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent; strong communication and math skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and property management systems.
- Ability to work overnight shifts reliably.

Pay
Compensation Range: $17.74 - $18.63 per hour. Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
