Night Audit (Part-Time)

About the role

The Junto is a modern-day embodiment of Ben Franklin’s club, bringing together people from all backgrounds to discuss ideas and inspire one another. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the hotel’s operations during the overnight shift, ensuring guests have a seamless experience while setting up the property for the day ahead.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and maintain an orderly front desk
• Reconcile all accounts and process invoices
• Balance accounts from the day shift and audit for accuracy
• Manage front desk activity, including guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities based on guest preferences
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts
• Handle guest requests and complaints, directing them to the appropriate team members or departments
• Answer all internal and external calls and inquiries

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
