Night Audit

About the role

The Gallery Hosts contribute to Hyatt Place's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork. This position is responsible for the complete guest experience, including the Gallery Host Stand, the Guest Kitchen, the e-room, the TV den, guest check-in and out, and the servicing of meeting rooms.

Responsibilities

• Offer a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment
• Handle guest check-in and check-out
• Service meeting rooms as needed

Requirements

• Previous guest service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
• Schedule availability for Friday and Saturday nights (11pm to 7am)
• Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction
• Ability to multi-task
• Aged 18 or older
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required, preferably in a hotel or related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required
