About the role

Provide specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns in a neonatal intensive care unit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments
• Manage ventilators and complex treatments
• Monitor vital signs and lab results
• Educate and support families
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care
• Adhere to safety protocols
• Provide direct patient care
• Support families emotionally
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Engage in ongoing clinical education within a collaborative environment

Requirements

• Experience in neonatal care
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Ability to manage complex treatments and equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
