Full Time NICU Nurse

About the role

This role supports patient care in a neonatal intensive care unit by assisting with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, vital signs, and patient mobility, while maintaining a clean environment and observing patient conditions.

Responsibilities

• Orient patients and families
• Perform clerical tasks
• Manage supplies
• Execute technical duties such as electrocardiogram testing and venipuncture, within the scope of Nurse Aide I tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current Nurse Aide I certification
• BLS certification

Physical requirements

• Walking and standing for extended periods
• Lifting up to 35 pounds
• Manual dexterity
