New York Office – Finance (Esoteric Assets/Structured Finance)

About the role

Winston Taylor is looking for a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group in the New York office. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of structured finance experience, with strong deal experience at a law firm focusing on structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. Experience across a variety of asset types and structures is preferred but not required.

All candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
