Responsibilities
- Ensure that vehicle reconditioning is done properly in a time effective manner.
- Manage Used Inventory Turn and Stock the Right Vehicle Mix.
- Provide management assistance and support sales staff selling used vehicles.
- Increase sales volume while managing gross to achieve overall gross profit growth.
- Forecast goals at the beginning of each month. Monitor, track and strive to meet goals each month.
- Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction.
- Ensure individual and departmental goals are met daily, weekly and monthly.
Qualifications
- Prior Automotive Sales Manager Experience Required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to maintain positive customer relationships.
- Self-Motivated and goal oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Team Player
- Ability to train current and future employees.
- Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record Required.
