In this position you are expected to:

  • Be a self starter and be willing to listen and learn.
  • Come in every day you are scheduled with a smile and great attitude, and be ready to seize the day and every opportunity in front of you.
  • Learn everything about the Nissan brand, and become an expert on the product so you can be a great resource for your customers. (You will be trained).
  • Treat all customers with respect and care.
  • Manage internet inquiries assigned to you and convert those leads into appointments.
  • Make 40-60 outbound calls, emails, texts a day to generate as many appointments for yourself as possible.
  • Handle inbound sales phone calls, and convert those calls into appointments.
  • Embrace training on the steps to a sale and trust the process to maximize your amount of customers sold.
  • Follow up with your sold customers and make sure they are completely satisfied and get in as many perfect score surveys as possible.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications:

Outgoing, love to solve problems/help people, love talking to people, and passionate about being successful.

Skills:

Self-starter, customer service skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, strong communication skills, ability to handle high call volumes, and a positive attitude.

We are Fort Collins Nissan, a family owned and fast growing Nissan dealership, that is looking for a few great candidates to add to our team. We are also having a brand new store built in the next year, which is exciting.
