Responsibilities
- Support the AgeWell team in serving patients 65+
- Match patient care needs with available services
- Triage patients with acute needs over the phone
- Interact with patients via multi-line telephone
- Show excellent customer service skills
Requirements
- Intermediate level knowledge of insurance and medical records
- One to two years of insurance experience (preferred)
- One to two years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Three to five years of medical experience (preferred)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
