Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Medical Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless patient experience by coordinating appointments and supporting efficient clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact patients to schedule and coordinate a series of appointments
• Work closely with medical staff to optimize scheduling efficiency
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in electronic systems
• Safeguard patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and effective scheduling workflows

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a medical scheduler or in a similar role preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
