New Home Sales Consultant (North Metro)

Job Responsibilities

• Making monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Possessing the ability to prospect, market, and promote new business.
• Following up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Maintaining relationships with the Realtor community.
• Communicating effectively with customers and team members.
• Understanding and explaining the loan process.

Qualifications

• A Minnesota Real Estate License is required (we will assist in obtaining one upon employment).
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Proven closing and negotiating skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Great listening skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
• A proven background in prospecting.
• Proactive follow-up with prospective customers.
• Marketing strategies.
• A high level of enthusiasm and energy.
• Acts with integrity.
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Additional Information

• Work Schedule: Ability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays is required.
• Commission-based compensation: $100-150K annually.
