New Home Sales Consultant (South Metro)
Job Responsibilities
- Making monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Possessing strong prospecting and marketing skills.
- Following up with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Maintaining relationships with the Realtor community.
- Communicating effectively with customers and team members.
- Understanding and explaining the loan process.
Qualifications
- A Minnesota Real Estate License (will be provided upon employment).
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Proven closing and negotiating skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Great listening skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- A proven background in prospecting.
- Proactive follow-up with prospective customers.
- Marketing strategies.
- A high level of enthusiasm and energy.
- Acts with integrity.
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Additional Information
Work Schedule: Ability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays is required.
Commission-Based Compensation: $100-150K annually.
