Job Functions

Drive the Brock Built sales process and deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage inbound sales inquiries, respond to customer questions, and schedule appointments for the onsite sales team while managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Confirm appointments and follow up with prospects to maximize appointment attendance.
Track inbound inquiries and appointments within the CRM system.
Document prospect interactions, notes, and follow-up actions.
Ensure smooth handoffs of qualified prospects to the Senior Sales Counselor.
Greet and assist prospective homebuyers visiting the sales center by welcoming guests, gathering initial needs, and answering basic questions.
Support the Senior Sales Counselor with buyer communication and day-to-day sales center operations.
Aid in planning and execution of community marketing events, realtor events, and open houses.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to confidently engage prospective homebuyers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, text, and email.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing leads, materials, and sales center operations.
Comfortable using basic technology tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, calendars, and office equipment.
Able to work collaboratively with onsite sales leadership while maintaining professionalism with customers.

Job Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as sales support, hospitality, real estate, or administrative coordination preferred.
  • Experience handling inbound calls, appointment scheduling, or customer inquiries strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in professional office or showroom environments is beneficial.
  • Great listening skills & creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • A high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level.
  • Commitment to integrity.
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task and manage time well.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, with a sense of urgency with evening/weekend work as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
