What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in ensuring outstanding customer experience while supporting sales growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Support sales team by providing accurate product information and assistance
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of products
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

• Office environment approximately 90% of the time
• Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment throughout the day
• Overtime may occasionally be required to support customer needs and business demands
